Cancellation Policy
You will have until 12 hours prior to your appointment to cancel to receive a refund of your deposit. Any cancellations done after this time will result in a 50% service fee.
Not showing up to an appointment without letting me know ahead of time will result in being put on a no-show list and a 50% service fee. After 2 no-shows, you will be banned from booking online. From that point on, you will have to message me directly and book same-day appointments when available.
